I have just got back from my latest dental treatment with you and wanted to write to you to say a very big thank you! I have been attending the dental surgery for my dental treatment for years now and have been so happy at what a fabulous dental practice Diss Dental Health Centre has become. From the moment you walk into a lovely reception area and are greeted personally by the very professional and extremely friendly receptionists I feel at ease. The waiting area is so light, airy and comfortable and looking at your big screen TV with different dental treatment, its just amazing. It is so good to have everything explained beforehand and to have total confidence in the treatment I am receiving from you. I am more than pleased with my latest dental treatment. My teeth have never felt so good. Thank you once again for being such a fantastic dental practice, which I find myself so lucky to attend.

Not many people can say they actually look forward to going to the dentist. But after a lifelong fear of dental visits, I can truly say my anxiety was relieved by Dr Altikriti. I was treated by Dr Altikriti who in my opinion is a very accomplished dentist, with many wonderful attributes such as his calm, gentle and sincere approach has aided in making the whole experience as comfortable as it could be. As a very nervous patient I can't thank Dr Altikriti and his team enough. After years of a disaster of a mouth, Dr Altikriti gave me a beautiful new smile. I couldn’t be happier! I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone, especially to people who have the same phobia that I had and feel unconfident and in pain with their teeth but are too scared to go to the dentist.

What can I say? I must admit that it’s difficult to find the proper words that can rightfully, and thoroughly inform you of my wholehearted appreciation concerning the interest and care dispensed during my hygienist sessions by Mr Ara Madani. Compassion is measured by deed and not just talk. Mr Madani not only “talks the talk,” but he also “walks the walk.” Thank you for making my smile brighter and beautiful! Unpleasant dental experiences in my childhood resulted in a lifelong fear of visiting a dentist. I was recently a nervous first time patient with Dr Mary Santhanam having broken a very old upper denture. My course of treatment over several weeks included some cosmetic work and the creation of a new upper denture and I have to say Dr Mary Santhanam’s professional, gentle and caring manner has totally restored my faith in the dental profession. It must also said that the caring professional manner also applies to both the reception and nursing team as well and finally I will not hesitate to recommend Diss Dental Health Centre to anyone

Diss Dental Health Centre strives to provide the most relaxed atmosphere for the most nervous of patients. Its standards are high, its work ethic professional, and its staff are patient and considerate. It has attracted some outstanding dentists and is constantly aiming higher to provide the finest patient experience possible. I can vouch for the results after many different treatments, from routine to cosmetic, including a dozen new veneers, new white fillings, superior teeth whitening, Silcy air polishing and now a wisdom tooth extraction under sedation. I love Dr. Azim. I have been seeing him for 10 years and every experience has been a positive one. He has done everything for me - crowns, half crowns, fillings, veneers, and he cured my TMJ and bite problems. He takes great pride in his work and always does a wonderful job, whether its is cosmetic dentistry or regular, medically-necessary dentistry. The dental Practice is state of the art, and they have everything to make the visit ultra safe for everyone during this pandemic. I felt extremely safe and comfortable there. I also love the staff. They are professional and warm. Fi is fantastic hygienist – gentle yet thorough.

I have left reviews before about DDHC but after my appointment yesterday I felt I needed to say this. Long story short,  I have quite a complex problem with one of my teeth, I have been seeing Dr Ali at the practice for some time where he has done everything in his power to save the tooth for as long as we possibly could. However it has now worsened and the time has come that I will have to lose it. My appointment yesterday was to discuss where I go from here, as at 39 years old you can imagine how worrying this is, bearing in mind I am the most anxious patient you could ever meet! My appointment was with Maz one of the other dentists that I’ve not seen before as Ali wasn’t available to see, Ara the CEO of the Centre actually also attended the appointment as he knows how terribly nervous and worried I was! (he is also my hygienist) Basically, I had a full check up, detailed examination of the problem tooth, and 4 x-rays woth Maz followed by an hour long explanation with both Ara and Maz of what my options were. They both gave me all the time I needed, explained everything 100%, and provided me with details of the costs for all options. Maz was fantastic throughout as Ali always has been, and Ara is just the most knowledgeable, genuine, honest, easy going Dentist/Hygienist/Ceo with a cracking sense of humour you will ever be able to meet! In all honesty when everything was being discussed yesterday it was as though I was sitting in a room with a good friend discussing everything that happens to be an expert in all things teeth! Towards the end of my appointment Ara told me about an experience he had personally had with a tooth, the way he told the story was just hilarious, I was literally nearly crying with laughter sat in the chair!! Having been terrified all my life to go to any dentist appointment I’ve ever had before I joined this practice, I am so so thankful I decided to register here. Everyone here is is just wonderful, including Sarah, the oral surgeon, she is just magic!! If you have any worries about visiting the Dentist, are anxious or are just looking for first class service, do not hesitate to register.
